LoomShift is operated by Team MajTom, Dalgränd 6, 12130 Enskededalen, Sweden ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of loomshift.app and the LoomShift service (the "Service").
You must be at least 18. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms.
By creating an account, or by upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
LoomShift is an AI product team that turns your request into plans and pull requests. It runs on third-party AI models and on services you connect, such as GitHub, Vercel and Jira.
We may improve, change or remove features. We will not materially reduce a paid plan's included allowance during a billing period you've already paid for.
LoomShift never merges its own work. Every plan and every pull request waits for your approval. You are responsible for reviewing what it produces before you merge, deploy or rely on it.
You are responsible for your account, for activity under it, and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Connecting a service (for example, installing the GitHub App) is your choice. You can disconnect it at any time, which deletes its stored credential (see the Privacy Policy). You must have the right to give LoomShift access to the repositories and services you connect.
You own the code and content LoomShift produces for you, and you keep all rights in what you provide. You give us only the permission needed to run the Service for you: to read what you connect, to process it with our AI providers, and to store it as the Privacy Policy describes.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other output. You are responsible for checking it, including its licensing, before you use it.
Don't use the Service to break the law or others' rights; to build or distribute malware or attack systems you don't own; to probe, bypass or overload our sandbox, limits or security controls; to resell the Service without agreement; or to extract our prompts or credentials.
We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.
7.1 The Service has a Free plan and paid plans (Build, Launch, Studio). Enterprise is arranged directly with us. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on the Billing page. Prices exclude tax unless stated.
7.2 Usage is measured in credits, based on what a run actually costs. Each plan has a monthly credit allowance and a daily limit. When one is spent, runs pause until it resets or you upgrade. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
7.3 Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. We don't see or store your card details; Stripe does.
7.4 You can cancel any time from Manage plan on the Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
7.5 If we change a price, it applies from your next renewal and we'll tell you beforehand.
We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support: info@loomshift.app.
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal reasons.
When an account ends, your right to use the Service stops. What we keep and delete follows the Privacy Policy.
The Service and its AI output are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death, personal injury or intent).
We may update these Terms. We'll show the new date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law and applicable EU law. The Stockholm District Court has jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
